Beginner Yoga

A gentler approach to traditional yoga postures. Emphasis is on breathing, with options for modifications, use of chair and/or props and relaxation to allow restoration.

Balletone®

When barefoot training meets strength, cardio and flexibility in one workout, fitness takes on a whole new meaning. There’s something for everybody.

Boogie Line Dance

A fun, stress-busting, fat burning variety dance workout! Drop a pants size! Pick your pace! Electric Slide, Latin, Modern Pop music along with classic boogie rock n’ roll.

Fit After Fifty

This social, upbeat class is for active older adults who want to improve agility and core strength. Class alternates cardio and strength exercises using bands, dumbbells.

Gentle Yoga Therapy

This class is perfect for anyone with range of motion or mobility challenges, back or joint pain/injuries, or anyone who is new to Yoga. The majority of the class takes place in a chair an emphasis on modification of traditional yoga postures and poses. The modification of positions allows participants to experience the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, circulation, and mobility, in a safe and effective manner. The class is great for the senior or active older adult population.

Hot Hula Fitness

Get hip fit, have fun and experience the islands together in this exciting class! Waist and hip toning isolated movements inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands.

Pilates Plus

Focus your attention on the mid-section mixing pilates while using a variety of props to optimize strength, endurance and posture through core conditioning, you’ll get your heart pumping.

Qigong

Qigong, pronounced “Chi Gong,” translates to mean “Life Energy Cultivation.” it is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness of exercise, healing and meditation.

Tai Chi

This martial art improves circulation, balance, coordination, and relaxes. Move body parts in a choreographed pattern with little joint impact.

Young at Heart

This class is age appropriate for moderately active older adults which includes cardio/strength workouts. The class is designed to increase your flexibility, joint, stability, dynamic balance, coordination and agility, reaction-time, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance while encouraging socialization.

Zumba® Fitness

Party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Zumba® Gold

The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s invigorating and exhilarating! Classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults. Endorsed by Silver&Fit.
