At the Y, our gymnastics programs help children build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. From beginners learning basic skills to advanced gymnasts refining their technique, we offer classes for all levels and ages. Our experienced coaches focus on safety, skill development, and positive encouragement, helping every child reach their full potential, both on and off the mat.

Beginner Gymnastics
Ages 6-13
No prior gymnastics experience is needed. This class helps young athletes develop fundamental movement skills, including body shapes, balance, and coordination. Participants will be introduced to stretching techniques, tumbling, inverted balancing, ballet for gymnastics, and various apparatuses in a fun, supportive environment.

Parent/Child Gymnastics
Ages 18 Months to 2 Years
This interactive class encourages creative play while helping your little one build strength, coordination, and confidence. With your support, they’ll explore movement in a fun, safe environment designed just for toddlers.

Intermediate Gymnastics
Ages 6-12
This class is for gymnasts who demonstrate skill, knowledge, and ability across all events. Participants will work on advanced floor progressions, including limbers, walkovers, roundoffs, and combinations of these movements. Focus is placed on technique, control, and connecting skills to build strong routines.

TOTs
Designed for toddlers, this beginner class introduces fundamental movement skills like rolling, crawling, climbing, and balancing. Children will build body awareness and coordination while exploring age-appropriate gymnastics equipment in a playful, safe, and supportive environment.

Beginner Tumbling
Ages 6 -12
This entry-level tumbling class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness to prepare for light impact skills. Participants will develop a strong foundation through essential movements like balancing, limbers, walkovers, and cartwheels. These fundamental skills are important steps toward mastering more advanced tumbling and flipping techniques.

Intermediate Tumbling
Ages 6 - 12
Participants will build on foundational skills by progressing through dynamic combinations of flight elements, including saltos, aerials, and twisting techniques.
